Fokish Farm is a small family-run farm in New York’s Catskill Mountains. There are extensive gardens built from the fertile alluvial soil close upon the flood plain. Everything has been organically produced since 1995. Maple syrup and beer are made as ingredients for the breads.

We deliver large $20.00 recycled newspaper bags filled with fresh seasonal food and flowers every week to our customers in surrounding mountain communities.

Every summer Sunday at the Franklin Farmers Market, we sell a large variety of fresh-baked breads and hand-roasted coffees.

During the winter, the bell-ringing Fokish Breadmobile circulates every Saturday afternoon with fresh breads, coffees, sweet milk from Moo Juice Farm, eggs from Stony Creek Farm, and new this year, fresh locally-raised tilapia fish.

It just doesn’t get any better than this.
